Tagline: It's just one of those days when you're feeling a little...dead.
IMDb Plot Summary: Shaun doesn't have a very good day, so he decides to turn his life around by getting his ex to take him back, but he times it for right in the middle of what may be a zombie apocalypse... But for him, it's an opportunity to show everyone he knows how useful he is by saving them all. All he has to do is survive... And get his ex back.
A Quick Review: “You’ve got red on you.” Shaun of the Dead is the ultimate British cult comedy film. Hilarious, highly quotable, entertaining... what more could you want. And frankly with Simon Pegg and Nick Frost behind it you can’t go wrong.
There are many acting greats including Bill Nighy, jessica Hynes and Penelope Wilton, but you don’t watch Shaun of the Dead for the acting it’s all about the comedy. And it absolutely does its job. There are many clever scenes, my favourite being the garden scene were Pegg and Frost through records at the zombies.
My only downer is the obvious cheese factor and the OTT swearing, but there you go.
Comedy classic.
