Tagline: This fairy tale is about to get real.

IMDb Plot Summary: Paige Morgan, a free-spirited American college student attending a Wisconsin university, meets and falls in love with one of her classmates, but what she doesn't know is that he's actually a Danish prince, Edvard or Eddie, spending his "gap year" (before having to perform his princely duties) hiding in America disguised as a regular guy...

A Quick Review: This film is pretty much what it says on the tin. It’s a fairytale romance set in the modern day - entirely predictable and stuffed full of cliches. Which is exactly why it works. It doesn’t pretend to be clever or original. It plays on its strengths, making for a great escapism feeling.
It even has its funny moments with Ben Miller playing Eddie’s ‘court minder’. He made the film, allowing for some light relief along with the cliches.
So if you want to watch a soppy rom-com with the girls - this is the film for you.
Score: 6/10
