My Review: I had waited so long to see this and was so glad to see it come up on LoveFilm Instant at long last! And it was even better than I was hoping (thankfully), as it was such a brilliantly well put together film all round.
Aside from the hilarious South London humour it was also a very clever film with excellent direction from Mr Joe Cornish.
It had a well-deserved BAFTA nomination (Outstanding Debut by a British Writer, Director or Producer) which proves that it is so much more than a sharp sci-fi comedy. The writing has balls. The actors, all of them, have balls. It knows what it is and it just goes for it. And I absolutely love it for that.
There’s so much more I could say, but it has to be seen to be believed.
Score: 9/10
