Music Monday #6

This past week I've been pretty sick so things have been a bit quiet on the music front. However, I did spend Sunday looking up some new music, so this week's Music Monday may feature one or two of my favourites...

TUNE OF THE DAY #42

It's been a bit of a blah day, today, recovering from a nasty cold that is currently doing the rounds, so I've been looking up some new music to keep me occupied.
After some digging up of random remixes, I found a few beauties including this one:
Metronomy - The Look (Ghostpoet Remix)
I really love how calm it is as well as so complex and intense... perfect for a lazy sunday afternoon...

Music Monday #5

Welcome along to Music Monday once again. This week saw the arrival of my new Two Door Cinema Club deluxe edition album which I have fallen head over heels for. I'm so glad I finally took the plunge and bought their album - it only took about 6 months! They have made a noticeable impact on this week's Top 5 and most definitely will in the monthly Top 20 at the end of the month, so look out for that.
However, the rest of this week's Top 5 are all new and pretty addictive too...

When Amy is trapped, Rory must rescue her from the facility's doctors but things go wrong when the Doctor and Rory end up in different time streams and meet a version of Amy who had grown old alone...
