50 DSC: #31 A Song That Signals Christmas Is Nigh

Wow, have I really not done a 50 Day Song Challenge since July?! Well, I'm going to have to fix that...
Is it wrong to have had this song in my head all day? Probably. However, for once I'm going to embrace Christmas early and see if it is as excruciating as I always imagined it to be. I'm not usually one to start listening to Christmas songs in November or anything like that as I generally thought I'd be sick of them by Christmas itself if I did! 
So this year is an experiment to see if that's the case...

This song will forever remind me of my brother as it is a song we both love and often sing along to in the car. There's something about this song that is special. I'm not just saying it is good. I'm saying that when this song comes on, whether it be at home, in the car or even in the middle of the street, somehow our eyes find each other and we share 'the look'. That look says "this song is so GOOD! we must sing and dance wildly to it right now".  And that is why it is special.

I don't know why but this song started playing in my head the other day. This has to be the most inappropriate song for a long hot summers day, but I still love it!
This has to be one of my favourite Christmas songs of all time...

I've loved this song for years as my mother (a piano teacher) loves playing it often in the evening. It's such an incredibly emotional and beautiful song. I hope one day to at least to attempt playing it and get it half right! Love, love, love...

This song makes me pumped to exercise. Which is no mean feat I tell you!
I actually went running today - only for about 10 minutes or so but it's a start. Plus it started raining and... I couldn't breathe, but if I keep it up then it'll get easier... right?!
So anyway I watched Friends Season 3 TOW The Football this morning and this song just really put me in the mood to exercise, so I figured this was a good one for the challenge.
It's also incredibly nineties :)

Gosh, I am angry. I have been on holiday since Friday but have been without wi-fi for the last few days. That's because internet connection was £15 per laptop for 24 hours at the hotel we were staying in. Not likely, mate!
